If you have a specific goal in mind, you can choose one of Lean Meals pre-made plans that have been designed to help you reach those goals. If you have a specific macro nutrient ratio that you need to build use our signature meals or our custom meals to design the specific plan for you.
You can cancel your order 48 hours before it leaves the kitchen. After that time, we have already purchased the ingredients to prepare your food. If it is past the deadline, we can give you a credit for a future delivery, or 50% of the purchase price returned to you. Under extenuating circumstances, please contact customer service to discuss it with a supervisor. While there is no obligation to purchase the food, we ask that you be courteous and allow us time so that your ingredients have not been purchased and prepped for your order.
If you subscribe to a plan that has custom meals, you must give us 72 hours notice to cancel the order. These meals have ingredients that are specifically ordered for those meals. No refunds will be given if you cancel after the deadline.
Yes, just log in to your account, and you should see your items that you are subscribed to. Once you are logged into your subscription dashboard, go back to the store and look for the add item to subscription button.
All of our items arrive in recyclable, 100% BPA-free, microwave-safe containers and are delivered inside an insulated box with ice packs. We suggest that you bring your box inside and refrigerate your meals as soon as possible. If for some reason you aren’t available, we highly recommend you arrange for someone to be available to place your meals in a refrigerator upon delivery.
If you placed your order by between Monday and Thursday, then your delivery will leave the kitchen on the following Monday. This means that you will receive the food either Tuesday or Wednesday. If you placed your order between Friday and Sunday your order will be shipped on Wednesday which will arrive either Thursday or Friday
If your meals are damaged please take a photo of the meals in question and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly replace those meals on your next order free of charge. If a meal arrives with a small incision on the plastic seal this is not considered damage. Damaged meals are specifically meals that are entirely open with the contents of them outside of the original meal tray. If the seal on the tray is broken, try and seal the container with a ziplock or saran wrap to keep the food from going bad.
You should be consuming a Lean Meal every 3-4 hours depending on your health and fitness goals. You can decide which meal to eat for lunch and dinner. If you decide not to include breakfast in your plan, we suggest that you eat breakfast on your own within 45 minutes of waking up.
Meals are already cooked and conveniently packaged in microwave-safe containers, all you need to do is heat and eat. To heat meals in microwave, punch a hole in the film covering the food and heat for 60 – 90 seconds (may vary depending on your machine). All meal containers can be recycled at your discretion.
We under cook some of our proteins so that they do not dry out when you are reheating them, so please make sure to test the meals to gauge the strength of your particular microwave.
Your meals should be consumed during the 7 day period they arrived in. We keep our meals extremely healthy and clean by not preserving the ingredients. We do not recommend freezing the meals but if you are in a position where you need to, it’s best not keep them frozen for more than 2 weeks. All meals are made and delivered fresh. Note: the meals taste superior when eaten Fresh!

You can order by picking your own meals from the catalog , or selecting one of our pre-made plans to help meet your fitness goals
We pride ourselves on not only making our food taste great and be nutritious, but to make sure that everyone receives the same product no matter where you are located. We are constantly looking for ways to keep the food as fresh as possible, so when you receive it, it always tastes great. Other companies will use things like dry ice, and tell you that the food will be frozen during transit. That defeats the purpose of sending out fresh food. We use special containers to seal the food in to ensure the highest quality product when it arrives to you. Our culinary team is always looking for new ways to keep the meals healthy and flavorful. Meal prep doesn't have to be boring and our goal is to make sure you know that.
